Mystery as Mueller Key Witness & Professor Who Used Papadopoulos To Set Up Donald Trump is Presumed Dead

Dead men tell no tales, especially about their role in trying to set up and take down U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) on Friday raised the prospect that the London-based professor who told former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos that Russia had “dirt” on Hillary Clinton may be dead.

DNC lawyers wrote in court filings Friday that Joseph Mifsud, who spoke to Papadopoulos during the 2016 presidential election, “is missing and may be deceased,” Bloomberg News reported. The lawyers did not elaborate.

The DNC stood by its claim in a statement to The Hill on Friday. The committee indicated that a private investigator had been used to find Mifsud, who had disappeared for months, and was told the Maltese professor may be dead.

“The DNC’s counsel has attempted to serve Mifsud for months and has been unable to locate or contact him. In addition, public reports have said he has disappeared and hasn’t been seen for months. An investigator involved in our efforts to serve him was told Mifsud might be deceased,” DNC spokeswoman Adrienne Watson said.

Trump poised to win $5 billion to build border wall

by Paul Bedard | September 14, 2018 08:13 AM

President Trump and congressional leaders have agreed to a border wall funding showdown after the upcoming November midterm elections and if he plays his cards right, it could result in $5 billion, more than twice what the White House initially sought.

While appropriations bills are moving at the fastest pace in over 20 years, with many expected to be approved by Oct. 1, the start of the fiscal year, Homeland Security funding for the wall is likely to be delayed, said officials.

Plans are already underway to approve temporary, “stopgap,” funding that will cover Homeland until its new spending is approved after the wall funding fight.

However, in a good sign for the White House, the Senate has already locked in the $1.6 billion Trump sought this year in wall construction funding in a bipartisan vote and it will be included in the stopgap bill.

The House is likely to approve $5 billion for the wall, matching Trump’s top level wish and setting up negotiations with the Senate.

Threats of a shutdown over not getting full funding for the wall by Oct. 1, however, threaten to disrupt the plan agreed to at a recent White House meeting between Trump, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and House Speaker Paul Ryan, according to a key official.

Should Trump shift and shut the government down, Democrats would likely make demands for their support and that would include funding for their pet projects.

“A shutdown scenario becomes a lot more expensive,” said a congressional negotiator.

To convince the president against a shutdown, officials are pointing to the pledge to push for more border wall funding after the election.

They are also warning that a shutdown would cloud the success Trump has had this year in pushing for on-time passage of spending bills and eliminate media coverage of his biggest summer victory, the likely confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, which opens its fall session on Oct. 1.

Post-election negotiations could go fast because knowledgeable sources said that McConnell would approve $5 billion, as would other GOP leaders.

Republican Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, who heads the appropriations subcommittee funding the wall, for example, told the West Virginia Metro News that she is working to get as much as $5 billion.

“In talking to the Border Patrol, they seem to feel that is an amount that they could absorb and work toward securing the border that way. We’re trying to find the money, but that’s not easy. We’re in heavy discussion right now,” said the West Virginia Republican.

And House and Senate aides said that if Trump makes a public case for more spending he could get it quickly in the post-election talks.

Regering-Trump laat volgend jaar maximaal 30.000 migranten toe

Gepubliceerd: 18 september 2018 00:11
Laatste update: 18 september 2018 00:38

"President Trump, in a clear abuse of power, has decided to intervene in a pending law enforcement investigation by ordering the selective release of materials he believes are helpful to his defense team and thinks will advance a false narrative." Ja dat kan hij wel vinden allemaal maar Trump staat hier op de foto met een POC dus het argument is ongeldig.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump says exposing ‘corrupt’ FBI probe could be ‘crowning achievement’ of presidency

By John Solomon and Buck Sexton
Opinion Contributors

President Trump in an exclusive interview with Hill.TV said Tuesday he ordered the release of classified documents in the Russia collusion case to show the public the FBI probe started as a “hoax,” and that exposing it could become one of the “crowning achievements” of his presidency.

“What we’ve done is a great service to the country, really,” Trump said in a 45-minute, wide-ranging interview in the Oval Office.

“I hope to be able to call this, along with tax cuts and regulation and all the things I’ve done… in its own way this might be the most important thing because this was corrupt,” he said.

Trump also said he regretted not firing former FBI Director James Comey immediately instead of waiting until May 2017, confirming an account his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, gave Hill.TV earlier in the day that Trump was dismayed in 2016 by the way Comey handled the Hillary Clinton email case and began discussing firing him well before he became president.

“If I did one mistake with Comey, I should have fired him before I got here. I should have fired him the day I won the primaries,” Trump said. “I should have fired him right after the convention, say I don’t want that guy. Or at least fired him the first day on the job. ... I would have been better off firing him or putting out a statement that I don’t want him there when I get there.”

Trump has offered different reasons in the past for his firing of the FBI chief, blaming Comey’s handling of the Clinton case but also linking it to Comey’s actions in the Russian investigation.

The president also called into question the FBI’s handling of the Russian investigation, again criticizing it for surveilling his campaign.

He criticizing the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court’s approval of the warrant that authorized surveillance of Carter Page, a low-level Trump campaign aide, toward the end of the 2016 election, suggesting the FBI misled the court.

“They know this is one of the great scandals in the history of our country because basically what they did is, they used Carter Page, who nobody even knew, who I feel very badly for, I think he’s been treated very badly. They used Carter Page as a foil in order to surveil a candidate for the presidency of the United States.”

As for the judges on the secret intelligence court: “It looks to me just based on your reporting, that they have been misled,” the president said, citing a series of columns in The Hill newspaper identifying shortcomings in the FBI investigation. “I mean I don’t think we have to go much further than to say that they’ve been misled.”

“One of the things I’m disappointed in is that the judges in FISA didn’t, don’t seem to have done anything about it. I’m very disappointed in that Now, I may be wrong because, maybe as we sit here and talk, maybe they’re well into it. We just don’t know that because I purposely have not chosen to get involved,” Trump said.

The president spared no words in criticizing Comey, former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, lawyer Lisa Page and other FBI officials who started the probe. He recited specific text messages Page and Strzok traded while having an affair and investigating his campaign, arguing the texts showed they condoned leaks and conducted a bogus probe.

Those texts are to be released as a result of Trump’s announcement on Monday.

“It’s a hoax, beyond a witch hunt,” he said.

Trump cited one text released recently in which Strzok and Page appear to discuss getting McCabe to approve an expansion of the Russia case right after Comey is fired.

“Comey was a bad guy. He gets fired. They only have Andy left because they know they’re doing wrong,” the president said in describing how he felt wronged by the FBI.

He denounced the FBI for leaking to create what he said was a false narrative against him, saying it appeared to be an “insurance policy” to destroy his presidency if he won.

“Number one how illegal is it? And number two, how low is it,” he said.

“What we have now is an insurance policy,” the president said. “But it has been totally discredited, even Democrats agree that it has been discredited. They are not going to admit to it, but it has been totally discredited. I think, frankly, more so by text than by documents.”

Trump said he had not read the documents he ordered declassified but said he expected to show they would prove the FBI case started as a political “hoax.”

“I have had many people ask me to release them. Not that I didn’t like the idea but I wanted to wait, I wanted to see where it was all going,” he said.

In the end, he said, his goal was to let the public decide by seeing the documents that have been kept secret for more than two years. “All I want to do is be transparent,” he said.

Asked what he thought the outcome of his long-running fight with the FBI, the president said: “I hope to be able put this up as one of my crowning achievements that I was able to ... expose something that is truly a cancer in our country.”

Manhunt intensifies for ‘survivalist’ who threatened to ‘put a bullet in Trump’s head’

Scores of state and federal officers on his trail, a $10,000 bounty on his collar, more than 100 days on the run and still the ‘armed and dangerous’ fugitive, a self-styled survivalist, has evaded police.
“Keep it up Morganelli, I promise I’ll put a bullet in your head as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Trump,” the fugitive wrote on Facebook back in June, as cited by The New York Times, making criminal threats against the district attorney of Northampton County and the US president – and triggering a major manhunt in the process. The so-called ‘Bush Crafter’ also threatened to use “full lethal force on any law enforcement officer that tries to detain me.”

In a federal warrant issued on June 19, authorities named Shawn Richard Christy, 26, of McAdoo Pennsylvania as the ‘armed and dangerous’ suspect. Christy already had multiple state warrants out for his arrest for failing to appear in court and aggravated assault and violating probation.

The United States Marshals Service, the FBI and The Secret Service have all joined the hunt to bring in the man who has stolen at least six vehicles, which he drives until the gas runs out or the engine gives up. He is reportedly armed with three stolen pistols and a shotgun.

“I can say without revealing too much information that there were times we’ve been close to him,” Robert Clark from the U.S. Marshals Service told Newsweek. “This is a person who doesn’t have to have human contact and can navigate his way and survive in the wilderness.”

The manhunt has extended from the Canadian border in New York State as far south as Kentucky, and still Christy has evaded authorities. However, now, following the discovery of an abandoned, stolen truck in Mansfield, Ohio, a city of 46,000 residents, authorities have intensified their efforts, deploying canine units as well as patrols scouring the area on all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). The Madison school district was shut as a precautionary measure in case the manhunt turned violent.

Christy and his father were both convicted of harassing the Alaska-based attorney for former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, John Tiemessen, leaving crude voicemails, making incessant phone calls and sending spam emails that earned them both a year in prison for harassment.

When he was 17 years old, Christy reportedly believed he was in direct correspondence with members of the Palin family, Sarah and her daughter Willow, which spurred a long-time feud with Willow’s husband, and former marine, Dakota Meyer.

“He never showed me the texts, but we talked a lot about it,” his father Craig Christy told Newsweek. “It was a big thing in his life. Shawn is not the type to lie.”

“We’re just praying for him to turn himself in,” his father added, saying that he last saw his son on June 30.

However, now that authorities have descended on the city of Mansfield, Christy’s last known location, the manhunt may soon be over, while a leg injury could mean Christy may no longer be able to survive alone in the wilderness.

“I think I’ve shattered my knee during a MD getaway, so I’ve been slowed down a bit,” the fugitive wrote in a September 13 Facebook post. “Stay safe, I have a mission to complete.”

FBI Memos Raise Deep Questions About Russia/Trump Intel Assessment

By Sara Carter | September 20, 2018 | 6:36 PM EDT

[*] In newly obtained emails, bureau officials noted there was not enough intelligence to support the January 2017 findings by the CIA

[*] New Strzok Texts: "I hope this upcoming presidency doesn't fill my years with regret wondering what we might have done differently."

The FBI had concerns with the intelligence community’s (IC) January 2017 assessment that the Kremlin interfered in the presidential election with the specific intent of electing President Trump over Hillary Clinton.

In newly obtained emails, bureau officials noted there was not enough intelligence to support the January 2017 findings by the CIA which concluded Vladimir Putin meddled in the 2016 election to help Trump, according to a numerous documents and text messages obtained by SaraACarter.com.

However, while Strzok, Comey and others were disputing the findings of former CIA Director John Brennan and former DNI Director James Clapper behind closed doors, the public perception was that the FBI agreed with the intelligence community’s assessment, as noted in news reports in late 2016 and early 2017.

Strzok, however, was a double-edged sword. Although he believed there wasn’t sufficient evidence to prove Russia wanted Trump in office, text messages suggest he was still intent on proving that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Moscow. And while Comey also disagreed with the conclusion of the intelligence assessment, he– like Strzok–believed the unverified dossier, compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele, should have been part of the Intelligence Community Assessment titled “Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections.” There is no dispute that the Kremlin meddled in the elections, but the suggestion that it did so to aid Trump set off a wave of controversy for the past several years.

Then, the FBI waged a full investigation against the Trump campaign over an unverified dossier that alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, but it was also assessing Russia’s intent on meddling in the election.
In December 2016 Strzok appeared before the House Intelligence Committee, along with some lawmakers, and expressed concern about the CIA assessment. Shortly after, on Dec. 10, 2016, the FBI received an email inquiry from a reporter asking if it was true that the FBI was uncertain about the CIA’s assessment that Russia was trying to help Trump win the election.

Afbeelding

Strzok sent an email to the FBI press office stating, “We did not have information to differentiate what their ultimate goal was.” He noted that Comey gave the Senate Intelligence Committee the same answer.
“In other words, the activity is one-sided and clear but we can’t say the sole and primary purpose was specifically intended to help someone, hurt someone else or undermine the process. The reality is all three,” he said in the email.

When the declassified version of the IC Russia report was made public Jan. 6, 2017, the FBI had already addressed members of Congress, but it wouldn’t be until these emails and texts that the public would know the extent of the concerns.

Strzok’s texts and emails from December 2016 through January 2017 also suggest the FBI was deeply concerned about information being shared with other intelligence agencies, as well as with White House officials.

On Jan. 3, 2017 Strzok sent Lisa Page, his then-paramour and a former FBI lawyer, a text referencing a conversation he had with then-Assistant Director William Priestap, who was head of the counterintelligence division at the bureau. It would only be three days until IC leaders briefed Trump on the dossier and in the same time frame released its findings suggesting that Russia interfered into the election to assist Trump. The text messages were exchanged after 6:30 am just before Strzok and Page attended their routine morning FBI briefing.

“He, like us, is concerned with oversharing,” said Strzok. “Doesn’t want Clapper giving CR cuts to WH (White House). All political just show our hand and potentially makes enemies.” It is not certain what Strzok means by ‘CR’ in this portion of the text.
“Yeah, but keep in mind we were going to put that in the doc on Friday, with potentially larger distribution than just the dni,” said Page in response.

Strzok responded, “the question is should we particularly to the entirety of the lame duck usic with partisan axes to grind.” USIC is in reference to the United States Intelligence Community. In previous text messages recovered by Congress, Strzok refers to a ‘sister’ agency and accused them of leaking to the press. Sister agency more than likely refers to the CIA, according to numerous intelligence and law enforcement officials. However, a slew of recently released text messages also suggest Strzok and Page were in communication with the press as well.

What needs to happen is an investigation outside the DOJ into this whole mess…

A former senior U.S. intelligence official told SaraACarter.com that Strzok, who was also “playing partisan politics was then worried that sharing information with the other agencies would be used by the Obama administration for political purposes is the real height of hypocrisy and his boss Comey was just the same. What needs to happen is an investigation outside the DOJ into this whole mess.”

The disagreement between the FBI and the Intelligence Community Assessment didn’t stop the FBI from wanting to attach the unverified dossier to the report. And that was disputed by James R. Clapper, then director of national intelligence, and then CIA Director John O. Brennan, who both objected stating that the dossier was unconfirmed information from a former British spy and not vetted U.S. intelligence.

Brennan has stated on the record that he did not see the dossier until December 2016. A spokesman for Brennan told this reporter in an interview earlier this year that “former FBI Director Comey has said publicly that he wanted to make sure President Obama and Trump knew about the dossier. Comey decided to attach it to the IC Assessment. There was even talk of including it as part of the IC Assessment but Brennan (and Clapper) in fact were the ones who didn’t allow the dossier to be part of it, and they didn’t allow that because they said the information wasn’t verified intelligence and that wasn’t what the IC Assessment was about.”

In early December 2016, Strzok and Page texted that there were some conflicts between classified intelligence and the information that was already in the hands of White House officials. And they were both concerned that information would leak.

“Man, our intel submission is going to be a BOMB,” said Strzok in a text on Dec. 18, 2016.
“Oh god, why do you say that?” said Page. “Was planning to try to go in early to reach it before our mtg with Jim,“ referencing the FBI Chief of Staff James Rybicki.
“Oh it’s fine. You’ve heard it all. I’m just saying the C (classified) portion is absolutely different from the bulk of the stuff in the community. And the community and especially the WH will jump all over it since it’s what they WANT to say and they can attribute it to us, not themselves,” Strzok texted back. “All the benefit, none of the political risk. We get all of that.”

On December 19, 2016, Strzok and Page boast about the number of stories they had a hand in shaping. Page sends a text at 20:17 saying “And this. It will make your head spin to realize how many stories we played a personal role in. Sheesh, this has been quite a year… NYTimes: The most-read stories of 2016 (with a link).”

Strzok responds “Jesus, I want to take people out for a drink. I want to take YOU out for a drink. I hope this upcoming presidency doesn’t fill my years with regret wondering what we might have done differently.”

Then page responds to Strzok with a “sad” emoji face.

Nog even een aanvulling:
Personally, I think we need to look closely at Mac Miller as being killed by the Clinton Machine.

You see, in 2011 Mac Miller released a song called "DONALD TRUMP", glorifying Trump as an absolute hero.

The song was a SMASH HIT, and currently has 150 MILLION views on YouTube.

See below for song. KEEP IN MIND: THIS SONG CAME OUT IN 2011, FOUR YEARS BEFORE TRUMP RAN FOR PRESIDENT!

Pay attention to how pro-Trump this song is.

When Trump started running for office, Mac Miller disavowed Trump, likely under pressure from the music industry, peer pressure, and the Democratic machine. But, did Mac Miller really feel this way, or was he pressured to disavow Trump by the Clinton Machine and his music industry handlers?

To me, it's pretty obvious what happened. Mac Miller, in the run-up to 2016 was caught off-guard. His 2011 SMASH HIT called "Donald Trump" (video above) made him a star. Hillary's henchmen, after a show, came up to him and said:

"Hey, little boy. You're gonna disavow Donald Trump or we're gonna kill you, your girlfriend, your dog, your mom, your dad and all of your cousins too."

"Yeah, sure" a 24 year old Mac Miller responded.

------

Flash-forward 2-3 years. It's 2018. Mac Miller is playing shows. His fans are wondering why he isn't playing his biggest song called "DONALD TRUMP" during shows.

Eventually, he says "fuck it. I'm gonna perform my biggest song, DONALD TRUMP. It has well over 100,000,000 views on YouTube. Why the fuck am I being such a pussy!? These assholes can't tell me what to do!"

Mac Miller's Autopsy Completed, Singer's Cause of Death Still to Be Determined

Three days after Mac Miller died, an autopsy on the rapper has been completed, PEOPLE confirms.

“The autopsy was completed and a cause of death has been deferred pending additional tests. His body has been released,” Los Angeles County coroner’s spokeswoman Sarah Ardalani said of the 26-year-old hip-hop star, born Malcolm McCormick, who was found dead in his Studio City, California, home on Friday.

A cause of death will not be announced until the results of laboratory tests are released and that can take weeks or months, according to Ardalani.
